What's with the user rating thing now? How do you get it to go up?

About abusing that spot's comments.
I hope you guys are not serious about it. Of course we finally closed that mess.
Just because it was a mess and chaos.

If someone want to proceed, just create a special topic in Offtopic forum and do the same things with it. What is the difference?

I'm the uploader of the Gallardo and even I'm glad that it's done for.

i just thought the site for awhile (after december, things fell apart, with all the arguments, and certian spotters uploading things, and the whole es cops thing) seemed better with it

And with summer coming i thought it would be better again

Are you trying to say ES was better with arguments...? Lol...

the old rating system was cr*p, 100% rating was easy... you could upload awesome shots and get 100% or upload cr*ppy quality shots and still get 100% at the same speed


if this site was stricter and the uploads were monitored and they changed the QS to reflect that, then the old system might of been better

Austin never left. He was deleted for what he did to me. He destroyed my reputation. My reputation wasn't even the best in the first place because I am/was very strict when it came to junk that was uploaded. Some of the time, it would spark arguments between the uploader, other spotters, and some of the time I even got involved with it which didn't go over well in the long run.

But to sum up my response, he made me look like some completely rude, untrustworthy, monster of a person, which I am not.


On another note, we did not have a goal to hit 10,000 comments. The comments were locked due to the fact that people would spam to try and boost the number which would annoy others because they would get endless notifications.

Yes, the site has not been the same, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Sure, people will have different views on this issue, but now with this forum, you can have multiple, independent conversations on a single topic versus the 3-4 conversations that multiple people would have on the pseudo-forum all at the same time. It is now much more organized which means you do not have to go back pages and pages of comments to catch up on a conversation. It has also killed the amount of arguments that used to arise on that picture.



I do like this idea. It would help people, but I'm sure it's already in the plans.
