So my Dad is currently living in the US in Kalamazoo,Michigan for work and we are going there before Christmas! We went last year for 6 weeks in August-September but didn't get a chance to see cars because we were so busy visiting places (It was my first time there) But this time I will have some time for spotting, so basically best places in New York and LA that is the 2 places I know where I will be at the moment, I will update when I find out where else we will be going. I would also like to go to a Cars and Coffee, which is the best or are they all really the same? Any tips would be appreciated!

By before christmas I suppose you mean sometime in late november/december? If so, forget NY spotting. It'll be cold here, might even snow. It's hard enough to spot in warm weather let alone cold. You can try but I highly doubt many exotics will be brought out during that time. The C&C's in the area take a break for the late fall/winter as well. I suggest you use your time to do other fun things (there's a LOT to do) in NYC. I have no doubt LA will treat you better in terms of carspotting. Good luck!

You don't normally see a bunch in the city because people are scared to death of people bumping their cars. When I lived up in that area, I would always see cars driving around in the Hamptons, because that's where they normally reside.
