I was just wondering, will these spots be legal? I will be visiting it in downtown Chicago and would like to know if I will be able to post the shots on here.
Also, anyone else going to Goldrush?
I can't wait!

Yes, they are legal as long as you don't spot from the destination location. Illegal: the destination is a hotel in Chicago, you stand a few blocks away on the main street leading to the hotel and take photos as the cars pour in. Legal: Driving down one of the many highways leading into Chicago and you see a couple supercars pass you and you take photos. Also legal: after rally has ended (if it ends in Chicago) you see cars wandering around the city and take photos.

After the Greenwich Concours was over, I was looking around town, and the owner of an Alfa Romeo Sprint Speciale that was in the Greenwich Concours that day drove his car over to L'Escale for dinner. Would that be considered a legitimate spot?

Yes, it's a legal area to spot. I can't speak to the exoticness of the car.

Unless the destination point is right off the highway and you're standing on the side of the road taking photos for 2 hours, I don't see why not.
