Some local Exotic cars I often see include a Huracan LP610-4, there are two Aventador LP700-4 that I often saw both of which are for sale. Also a MP4-12c spider, three R8s that I often see as well as a G550 4X4 Squared. There is also a 488GTB I see once every three months.

Nice! The specific neighborhood I live in doesn’t really have that many exotics. One of my neighbors owns a Porsche 944 though. There is also a Brabus G class that parked on my street a while back. Occasionally I see a 2020 silver Vantage near my house on New York Avenue. I also seen a couple Taycans there, but I doubt they live anywhere near me as New York Avenue is a major road that connects DC and Baltimore. However, where I park my car in CityCenter has a lot of Exotics in the resident parking. They have a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead, 2020 Porsche 911 Targa Heritage edition (1 of 992), A matte black tuned Ferrari 812 Superfast, A Bentley Bentayga, and an Austin Healey 3000 MKiii. Sometimes some exotics also park outside CityCenter or in the public garage.

There's a few McLaren 600LTs in my area, including a new one I saw today.

I know these aren't really "exotics", but in my neighbourhood there's a 4th-gen Chevrolet Camaro and a Nissan Silvia S15. (there's also a Dodge Challenger Hellcat that comes through sometimes).
