There was not an event happening at the time. The cars being parked at the hotel was in no way an event.

Something he can't seem to comprehend.

I can comprehend just fine. I think it is you that cannot comprehend the images from the FCA at the Osthoff were not legit, but do you wonder why they have been removed?

Because I think you will find despite your denials this was a event. Do you finally accept these images were from a event? In fact don't bother answering as you do not know what is a event and what is a random spot.

I don't see why people go to events and then claim they are not events.

I wasn't talking about the FCA event. You said that spots from car parks for events are not legit. You are the one that doesn't know the difference between an event and a random spot...

The cars may have been there for an event but their actual presence was not an event. It's similar to car week. All the cars there are there to participate in events or visit them, but while the events are not going on it's fair game to spot them. I don't know the specifics of the FCA event but in my case, the cars at Pocono were at the hotel the day before the Concorso which was happening at a different location. I don't see how you could call that aspect an "event."

What are you talking about????

What don't you get about the FCA holding a EVENT at a hotel? Do you think these images should be allowed when it was 100% a EVENT?

What happened to the FCA images from The Osthoff then? I hope admins removed them as it was a EVENT, how therefore is any other host hotel of a event legit?

I will quote this site http://www.exoticspotter.com/about-us/

"beauty of an exotic is felt most when they are spotted on the streets, side-by-side with regular cars. A true diamond in the rough. Unfortunately, spotting an exotic is a rare occurrence. That's why this site brings together thousands of exotic sightings from all over the world. Enjoy the pics and please submit photos that you've taken ."

So I would assume if they are not taken in the street, and in fact at a organised event, host hotel they are not random spots.

It would be no different than going to say Goodwood and taking images of hundreds of cars, or any top end car show and posting as spots.

Maybe I should go to my local McLaren, RR, Bentley, Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW, Mercedes dealers all within 15 minutes drive and take images and claim these are spots?

Ha ha what in the world was that all about? Did you not read what I said? I WAS NOT TALKING ABOUT THE FCA EVENT. Stop bringing it up. You said that cars in car parks for shows are not legit. Cars in car parks are NOT even close to the same as Goodwood or a dealership.

I have no idea what event you are talking about, as you don't say. However you were very vocal on the FCA event.

You clearly don't know the difference from a Event and a non event. I don't think cars inside event car parks are legit, especially if those cars are being shown at the event.

Hence why you cant answer why the FCA images were removed.

Tell me where it says cars in car parks of Goodwood or dealers are not legit, and car parks of organised events are legit?

Ha ha dude I will say this one more time. I was not talking about a specific event. You said that cars in car parks (I'm assuming that's a parking lot) for events are not legit.

To answer your question as to why the FCA shots were removed, the remover simply has a different opinion. You may have helped out as well with your "It's an event cause the hotel was listed on FCA's website" comments.

Why can't an event parking lot be considered a spot? They are not part of the event whatsoever, the cars there are as random as any other car.

I don't see why event parking lots aren't legal. In parking lots of events such as car shows, the cars are mixed in around normal, everyday cars. The car parks have very little to do with the event itself other than be where the cars of the spectators park their cars.

Hey I don't make the rules I am just saying what I think is a legit spot, it's my opinion, and unless you can show me clear rules saying either way I assume people can post whatever.

There is a difference for "me" from say going to the Goodwood Festival and taking images of cars from people visiting the event, than taking images of cars within the event who are participants in the event.

I don't believe a specific Ferrari or Lamborghini (or any) event where the cars are in the car park, of where the event is being held and are taking part in the event, is legit IMO. If these were say taken a mile down the road at another hotel, or restaurant or even out of view of the event I would say they are legit. But inside the grounds of the event???

Just like the FCA event, the cars in the images were in the event, this was shown on there own Facebook page, or the Pocono Manor where cars in the image are also in the Concorso d'Eleganza at the hotel as they hosted the event.

So going to a event, whether that be a race track, hotel or golf club and taking images of cars on there to participate in the event, and claiming these are random spots IMO is not right and should not be on here as then everyone will just upload images from any event.

But that is just my point of view you don't have to agree, we live in a world of free speech, and maybe the admins will clear this matter up, and post clear guidelines.

Is this a legit spot? It is a indoor building where the electric vehicles can charge in Wesel, Germany. It is not a dealership, and Rimac doesn't have dealerships or any affiliation to VW (the owners of the building) This car is a one off model with over 1000 HP, and it seems at legit as the Veneno. I don't want to get blocked because of this, do you think it is legit, and what category should it be put under? BTW, I have higher resolution photos, its just that the CF card is at a friends house.

Well the guy in the roadster (his son is the friend) pulled up, asked to charge, and they let him leave it there. I assume the Rimac was the same because I doubt any VW worker other than the CEO (this was not the HQ) could afford a million dollar car on par with a Pagani.
