What exactly is the rules regarding this, since rules says "one picture per spot", is a "spot" considered a certain car in a certain location at a certain time or is it a certain car in any location as long as the location and time is difference.

I originally thought yes, because it's still random and follows the core mission of the site, but then I thought about this: some places have a few well-known exotics that are always all over town. Sure you may see it in a different place on a different date, but you still know that car's going to be around. Know what I'm saying? No one really wants to see the same car over and over.
