Car season is year round here, but we do occasionally get a few inches of snow and ice storms in the winter. That's when the city shuts down and no cars are out. But for 90% of the winter, the weather is pretty mild and some days are actually warm.
Your city shuts down with a few inches?
As long as it's under two feet we just plow and keep going.
Anyone who doesn't have constant snow cover in the winter doesn't know what to do when it snows. It's like they go into panic mode and then shut down. Except in Texas it's on a city-wide scale.
Lol remember when it snowed in Atlanta a couple years ago? People were "stranded" on the freeway for like an entire day because of about a half an inch of snow. You could still see the asphalt through the snow cover.
Haha, seriously? There's Atlanta shutting down in half an inch, and then there's Massachusetts getting 110"+ of snow this past winter and it had only a few places warning people and whatnot.
