Here's one that almost DID cause an accident. One of my neighbors was returning home in his completely original 1966 Buick Skylark Convertible. I was riding my bike. When I turned the corner, and his car came flying at me. He swerved to avoid me, but almost crashed into a wooden fence. He yelled at me "WATCH IT, KID!"

Exaggeration much. Doubt that is came flying at you. I am sure he saw you, slowed down, and told you to move off of the road.
