For Yorkshire based spotting:
York: Any Car Parking area and the Streets in city centre
Harrogate: Town centre on a Saturday is literally full of stuff like Bentleys etc.
Leeds: Look around the city centre, you're bound to see some nice stuff. Saturdays usually bring out a few Ferraris.
Essentially the big cities around Yorkshire (Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield, Bradford, York etc.), the city centres do have some nice cars out and about on weekends.
When i go to Maidstone every so often, i do see some nice cars around the centre, but you just need to be patient.

Also Closter which is right next to alpine I saw a ford gt there along with maseratis and bentleys and a few AMGs
