I think it would probably be Monaco because it is the richest place on earth (most millionaires per square ft)

Monaco RIGHT NOW with no contest. During Top Marques, it has to be a dream. From what I've seen from people there, they have seen a 918 Spyder, Reventon, Zonda, Enzo, One-77, Veyron, among plenty of others and many more to come.

I think Rupert has proven Hong Kong HAS to be in the top 3 though it isn't as well known for car spotting as Monaco.

I think the trophy will have to be shared with Dubai and Monaco . Both are packed with amazing cars and you will see something crazy at anytime of the year !

Moscow seems to have a massive amount of amazing cars, especially around the Barvhika Luxury Village, where Veyrons, Aventadors and the like, are quite common. There ain't many spotters there, but i would love to spot there one day.

London is simply fantastic. Just going around and doing touristy things, not even going to Knightsbridge (I don't think), I saw over $8.2 million worth of cars in just two days.

Id say Hong Kong but the isle of man becomes Monaco on the TT forghtnight saw a zonda, f40, two veyrons, plenty of other high end supercars

Well, when you think that I didn't even try looking for cars, and was seeing mostly Bentleys and Rolls Royces, it is much more impressive.
