Best Houston Area is River Oaks,
Specifically River Oaks District, Highland Village, etc.
Also Galleria/Cheesecake Factory valet.

Idk about that... My dad went to NYC for a day recently and I went to Boston for a day over the summer, and (maybe I just didn't know where to spot) my dad got better finds in NYC.

I was in DC this summer for the 4th of July and saw an old Rolls Royce, A Continental, and a Rapide around the capital buildings
