In what way does it make it a spot if you didn't know it was going to be there. That's like saying "I didn't know this Bugatti Veyron would be at this event/show/race hosted by Bugatti so therefore it's legal!" It makes no sense. Plus it's clearly on display at the races (an event).

Because I didn't know Lambo would have this tent set up with it for VIPs. If it's not legal, I certaintly wont post it, I just thought it may have been possible to post if I explained the special circumstance.

Again, that's still just like saying the same thing. It's an event hosted by Lamborghini, I would not have been too surprised by stuff like that. It's not even really much of a special circumstance either to be honest.
