But you cannot live your life content without thousands of dollars nomatter who you are.
And i do love both money, the objects you can buy with money, and the act of working for my money. It's an opinion and i don't know why you're trying to tell me i can't.
I probably could if I didn't need money to pay for the basic necessities of survival. If one had the skills, they could live out away from civilization, build a house, catch food, and live entirely without money. It's not like it's impossible, just difficult.
Well of course you can have that opinion, it's just that myself and many others find it to be one held for incorrect reasons and one that is fairly morally (and even religiously) wrong (as you can see with Shane's and a few other's examples).
You can live with no money but not happily at all.
And i don't care what my opinion is, it's my opinion, not yours and it's moral to me.
Money drives a lot of people. But if money makes you happy in life thats fine. Not my problem not anyones problem just yours. Justin like many others enjoys other things in life than money.
Not my problem either, just my driving factor in life that'll make me more successful than any of you guys guaranteed because i do love money and i admit to it.
Success isn't based upon money. My goal in life is to become a veterinarian (particularly a horse vet). If I can help save the life or heal an animal, that will be a success to me, and to do so throughout my life while raising a family will make me feel successful. Saying that you will be more successful than us because you'll have more money and have reached more personal "goals" is not only idiotic.
No one is doubting that money is awesome Sam. but you do need to just let this go. everyone does have different opinions, and there isnt really a right or wrong answer

How do you know that it wouldn't be happy? Some people do find happiness in that lifestyle. There are even one or two lifestyles without money that even appeal to me, however I do not wish to share those with anyone here.

Not only idiotic but what? Use grammar.
And i'll hit my goals easier because i'll set much harder standards for myself and not quit until i achieve them which takes us back to the beginning of this entire argument again.

You don't want to share them because you can't think of any.

Oops, my mistake, I forgot to complete my thought. However if you'd like me to become a Grammar Nazi I could start fixing your numerous errors.
Okay, this is bullshit. Setting harder standards means you'll hit your goals easier? If being a veterinarian is my goal then what makes you think that isn't difficult (vet school is actually said to be harder than medical school) or that I will just quit before achieving it?
Because there's no such thing as one you can live by and be happy at the same time.
To me, there is something. As I stated before, I will not tell this because I do not wish to share it publicly, and I hope that you may respect my desire to keep that private.

That's a short term goal though. When you graduate from college you aren't going to be able to do it all again because it'll already be over. That's why i use money because i can always just expand my goal.

Did I not just also say that it was a goal (or that I would feel successful) to heal or save the lives of animals? I'm pretty sure that's a goal that would follow after my "short term" (that's apparently 8-12 short years) goal. And did I also not say that it is my goal (or that I would feel successful) to raise a family?
