It was a privately owned car and there weren't enough of them in the country for anyone to make a previous sales prices average (in America) so nobody was able to make a loan on it without finding out the insurance first but i couldn't get an insurance rate because they didn't know how to insure it either without that info.

Yeah, i called the company a couple days ago and they said it's pretty much impossible for anyone to get a loan on a Burton. It has to be payed off in full if you want one in America. Probably explains why there are only four in the country.
