That is totally absurd... Just wait until they get out onto the street, then take the photos. It would be considered public property, and thus, you won't be doing anything "illegal". :P
Well, by the time he came over to me today I already had like 60 photos of the car so this time I just walked away and respected his request but there's no way he'll ever be able to stop me from coming back and doing it again, and again, and again, and again. But If it's private property, then why is there a parking lot and an open sign on the door in the first place.

If it was Pittsford Plaza Security, then they do have the right to kick someone off, since it is technically their property. I would come back again and again as well; they wouldn't be able to stop me from getting to the nice cars! :D

Same thing happened to be at Monroe Golf Club. Guy walked away and I just kept taking shots then I left.

That makes it two times they've come over to me while spotting there. Other was the SP America but that time he didn't mind. Seems like a really pointless position to hire an employee for though.
