Where to spot in Washington DC?

I'm going to DC this weekend for GR8 and wanted to know what are the areas best for spotting.

Georgetown - specifically M street and the parking lot behind it on prospect street, also the four seasons hotel valet.
Tysons galleria mall and the ritz carlton behind it. Those valets and parking lots were realllyyyy good.
Reston Town center had some nice stuff in the mall.

Don't forget to check out the neighborhood between Union Station and Eastern Market. I was seeing tons of lower exotics in that neighborhood when I was there.
