(Limiting this to Bay Area spots)
Best (and close 2nd for favorite): this
black Huayra. I'm almost certain that photographing this made me the first person of the public eye to photograph a US-spec customer Huayra. It was spotted with an LFA Nurburgring by someone else later the same day, but it hasn't been seen since.
Favorite: this
black P1, for a few reasons:
. It's the first (and so far, only) P1 I've spotted in the wild in the Bay Area
. It's the only black P1 I've seen, and the only time I've seen it (it hasn't been to shows and isn't spotted much)
. It was extremely random; I was in an area that I'm rarely in, and just happened to have stopped there to get pics of a California T (never got the pics actually), at the exact minute the car arrived
. It was the first time I was able to get some quality night pics; I had the car all to myself for the most part, I had tons of time, and the parking lot's lights kept turning on and off every few minutes, allowing me to experiment with different light levels. It was also the first time I tried lighting up the car with my phone's flashlight, which works well for me
. I was feeling kind of cr*ppy that day, and it really cheered me up
So yeah, it was just really, really lucky.
