    I went spotting today hoping to see some cool cars, all I saw was a rolls Royce. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw this! Parked in front of a car-wash! My best spot ever! And if you we're wondering this is the park lot of NWAS, NOT at cats exotics!! The owner was at NWAS getting detailed.

Just because there's an article on it doesn't mean that it can't be spotted the owner could be driving it anywhere and the link has no pictures of it in this location.
Provide proof please before you accuse people of non legit spots

All Koenigseggs are legal in the US. I've seen about 10 different kinds of them for sale including CC8S, CCR, CCX, CCXR, Agera and Agera R.

Also, on eBay there are currently 2 Koenigseggs for sale, 1 in California and the other in Lynwood, Washington, which is just north of Seattle. I've also seen one for sale in Arizona. For a while Exotic Cars in Las Vegas was an exclusive US dealer, but now there's at least one in Long Island, NY, possibly others. Long story short, they're legal here. Awesome spot Hunter!
