The chrome blue one has a kit, but this one just has a stock kit with pieces of it wrapped in matte black. As you can see, the front bumper is exactly the same shape as a stock Aventador.

I'm pretty sure I saw this same car when I was in LA in February. It just has a stock kit with matte black wrapping on parts of the front bumper (what OutlawJones was talking about) and on the roof, and of course the wing.

and @OutlawJones it wasn't matte white and the spoiler was most definetely not cr*ppy
