Underground Racing has a facility in Charlotte. I've seen a couple of UGR-tuned Lambos running around there over the years. Up in Cornelius (a suburb north of Charlotte) there is another company called HyperCar Development that mostly tunes McLarens, but they aren't quite as well-known as UGR. I did see a HyperFast 12C one time though, which was orange with blue wheels and reportedly had 800 horsepower, which is the lowest amount of horsepower they tune to.
