Actually, this kind of thing in Malaysia are actually normal. Typical Malaysians. I'm a Malaysian and i think people here are the cheap-skate kind of people. I saw a Maserati Quattroporte owner around Miri (another city in Malaysia), washed their car for RM5 (around USD$1.6) only for wash. wash and waxing is around RM30 (around USD$10). Because high-end car washing and waxing dealers are too expensive here :/
