I don't even have an exotic and guess where my vehicle gets washed...in my driveway. Nothing wrong with doing it yourself if you want it done right and don't want to take the chance of something happening to it. If I were lucky enough to own an exotic, guess where it would receive it's bath...you got it, in the driveway. Does it really matter where anyone gets their car washed anyway? I don't think the price of the wash really matters as long as you are comfortable with who is doing it and your car does not get damaged in the process. Personally I think $3 is a bargain. So if he is happy with the service he gets for $3, more power to him. Sure beats paying $20 or more for something I can do myself...and do a better job at and make sure it's done the way I want.
I'm in america and we take our Escalade ESV to a car wash that's normally $21 per wash but we did a monthly thing so we have unlimited for like $100 per month.
But i'm not sure why the wash is that important really.
