Yes, I've seen this car around it has non dealer plates and it was at the Scottsdale ferrari dealer. I saw someone not the dealer person get out of it and it was not being test driven. There are 4 of these I am aware of in Scottsdale. 1 for sale, 1 with a dent in a door, 2 are owned by different people.
