I'm 90% certain that it's an Asian kid who bought it with some of his parents' millions of dollars he got to live in the US. And @21Luke21 that's an insanely small convoy for Chinese students, normally there are much more cars that are more expensive and rare (LaF, CGT, 918, P1, Mansory etc.) it's become a norm for these people to buy these cars and roam around.
