    Saw this Lotus on I-15 going to the Bee's game tonight. Had Texas tags and had some number decals on the car not sure why possibly a rally or track day? Cool car though and super super small!

There are some crazy cars here in Texas so I'm guessing the number decals are just for fun, although they could have some meaning
