It's just pure shock and excitement tbh. Your body dosent know how to react so you end up shaking. I remember it happened with me a few months back. I was in my house and a Gallardo Superleggera drove down my street so i chased after it to get photos. When i found it, i was in shock and was shaking as they are very rare over here. So it's just common for it to occur.
