The guy who owns the 458 Italia Spider, MP4-12C Spider, and FF told me in a forum post that someone near him owns an F430 Spider, and one of his friends (who also lives near him) has a blueish-gray 458 Italia Spider.

Just asked my girlfriends dad and he said that he has a client in chattam golf club (actually called hills of the rosemount apparently) that has a California an XKR-S and a 100k Land Rover. Also Hopevalley Country Club has several exotics including a F430, and R8, and a vintage 911. I've been there before and there are some INSANE houses. Finally, he said his biggest client lives here: http://www.luxist.com/2006/10/10/still-creek-run-estate-of-the-day/ and has an R8 V10, 458, FF, Continental, and some other stuff.

Yeah I know its gated, I've seen a 911 and an R8 in the area before though so I assume they came from there. I've never seen the Murci but people have told me they've seen it before. I know in the Barony estates there is an Aventador, new QP, M6 convertible, SLS, 911, Cayenne Turbo S, ZR1, GT500, XKR, and a California, probably some more I haven't seen.

So I Googled Chatham Country Club. It's gated, so there isn't any street view, but when I zoomed in, I think there were two Audi R8's parked next to eachother, with a Mercedes SLS a few spaces over. Couldn't tell though.

Anyway, someone here on ES spotted an FF on Creedmore Rd, which is owned by a guy named Mark (the one who also has the 458 Spider and MP4 Spider). I'm fairly sure he lives around there as well. I haven't ever been to Chattam Golf Club, but I am rarely ever in Durham (maybe once a year at most) but want to check it out.

There are a couple of exotics in Cary - I recently made an account on FerrariChat and found that there are 20-25 Ferrari's in the area - but I don't know where they live. There's a subdivision called "MacGregory Downs" which looks pretty high end, and I know there's a Maserati GranTurismo in it, but I haven't ever actually driven around in there. There's also a pretty big community called "Lochmere" that runs through the eastern part of Cary. I've seen a couple of F430's around there, and my tennis instructor (who lives in Lochmere) says there is a guy who owns an Audi R8, Aston Martin DBS, and Lamborghini Murcielago, but the Murcielago is the only one I've seen in person.

No, I've seen the FF and my friend has seen the MP4-12c, my guess would be somewhere in that area though as we both saw them on Creedmoor road. My friend with the new QP lives in the Barony so I get to go in there sometimes, the worst car I've seen was a 2011 E-class.

Yeah, there are allot of famous people in that area. I recently discovered that there are exotics ALL OVER chattam golf club area in Durham, lots of NASCAR people.

On a side note, you haven't happened to have seen a black McLaren MP4-12C Spider in Raleigh, have you? The owner also owns a red 458 Spider and a gray FF; I've been trying to figure out where he lives, lol.

We looked at a house in Wakefield plantation a couple of years ago but decided we didn't want to live in the city, lots of luxury SUVs there, never been in the other two but any neighborhood in the falls of the neuse, creedmoor road area will have some nice cars. The Barony and Linville are loaded but both are gated.

Hmm, most of the nice houses/cars are in moderate sized neighborhoods in north Raleigh, but, Willowood country club has some nice houses as does Northridge, my guess would be Wakefield Plantation though, probably somewhere on Village Manor way if he has allot of money.

That's awesome. I'm not sure how far away you are from Cary, but last week I drove through the parking lot of Prestonwood Country Club, and there was a sweet black 2014 Maserati Quattroporte GTS (the V8 one). It still had a 30 day tag on it. That's the only one I've seen so far.

I seem to remember you mentioning something about some of the country clubs in North Raleigh in a comment a while back, although I can't remember. Are there any other good ones you know of? (The reason I'm asking is that I was at a car show on Saturday, and was talking to the owner of a burgandy Aston Martin V8 Vantage, and he said he liked in a country club in North Raleigh. I didn't want to pry for a ton of details, but I have been trying to find some good carspotting areas in Raleigh for a while)

One of my friend's just got one a month or two (got to ride in it once, its really nice) and they live in Raleigh but they use it as a family car so they don't drive it as much, especially since he is in college, other than that though haven't seen one.
