Im sure that this has been enhanced, MAYBE the color was actually purple, but noway on earth that this is the exact shade, its way out of gamut and camera would not pick this up in such manner, too saturated.
The reflection of the sky on the car would still have a hint of blue, or at least white. in this case its all purple, which would require a bit more time to photoshop....
