I see- the saturation isn't that high, but I could see why Troller wouldn't like that tree. Don't get me wrong, it's still a fantastic shot. The sign on the car could make it clearly not b/w if you did decrease the saturation a little.

Great shot! Perhaps you could lower the saturation of the tree you keep the focal point on the car.
