Description You guys have no idea how nuts I went when I saw this. It was parked at a Starbucks in Cary, and the owner was having a cup of coffee with the owner of a new Ferrari F12. This has been running around the Raleigh area for a few months now, and I'm glad I finally saw it in the wild!!! The weird thing is, before yesterday, I had only seen one SLS in the wild. I saw two yesterday (the other was a convertible). Feedback is much appreciated : )
He lives in Raleigh. Not sure where though. He also has a red SL65 AMG Black Series that he brings to Cars & Coffee sometimes, but I haven't spotted it yet.
Actually, now that I think about it, there are probably at least 10 Lambo's in Raleigh/Cary. I forgot to add the blue Gallardo (I met the owner at December's C&C event) and there have been a couple other Gallardo's spotted around here. In addition, I believe there are about 25-30 Ferrari's in the Raleigh/Cary area, although probably at least 10 or 12 of them are older (308's, 328's, etc). There are at least six Astons in the area - 2 V8 Vantages, 1 V12 Vantage, 2 DB9's (one Volante and one Coupe), and 1 DBS. There may be another V12 Vantage, but I'm not sure if it was owned by the F12 owner before he sold it.
Flaco - Spot VERY aggressively, regardless of what time of year. I know one multiple exotic car owner drives his silver Ferrari FF daily (or his 458 Italia Spider or occasionally his MP4-12C 50th Anniv. Spider) and a number of his coworkers have Ferrari's and Lambo's. Also, because we don't get much snow here, the exotics aren't out quite as often, but they aren't garaged the way they would be in northern states, so usually I still see one or two a week, particularly if it's a nice day.
3 AVENTADOR'S?!?!? I've never seen any of them! I need to get out more!
There's one guy in Cary who has two Gallardo's (I think both are white, 2nd generation models, with one being a coupe and the other a convertible), there is another guy in Cary who has a black Twin-Turbo Gallardo Spyder, and there's also a guy in Cary who has a gray Murcielago (and a DBS and an R8). There's also a guy that works somewhere around the NC State campus who has a black Gallardo with (has chrome wheels and a six speed manual). I think William mentioned that there's a Gallardo off of Six Forks Rd. as well.
I believe there are at least 8 Lambo's in the area, although I've only seen like four of them.
I've seen two silver convertibles, one with red roof one with black, plus the 3 you all have mentioned and then there is a black one owned by a teenager who drives it out of state for college but he is in town now. Plus one of my friends has seen another white one all in the triangle area.
