They are not traditional dealers. People with higher-end cars bring them to Platinum, Platinum will modify the cars, usually aesthetically. They are a high-end garage.

Per the rules it may not be "legit" but plenty of spots on this site are like that. If your just passing by I can understand why you thought it was a parking garage, lots of cars parked there. However there are signs the read "Platinum Motor Sports".
