I have not seen the P1 myself but someone else has:

Unfortunately, where the owner works has a ton of security and the kid who was taking pics of it was asked to leave. I've met the owner of it before at various car shows around here though, and he has a white 650S Spider, red 458 Spider, silver FF, and has a 675LT on order. And I have not seen that red F-Type yet! I've seen a red F-Type Coupe on Wade Ave a couple of times, and there's an all black F-Type Convertible V8 S in Cary, but other than that I haven't seen many others around here. Unfortunately, they are not postable here on ExoticSpotter.

I forgot to mention the Arboretum Plaza in Cary, at Harrison Ave and Westin Pkwy in my last comment. Definitely check there whenever you can. I've only driven past it a couple times, but these have been the highlights:

Also check the Umstead Hotel & Spa, which is right up the road from the Arboretum. I've only driven past there three or four times, but have seen an R8 in the front where they park the nice cars. I've also seen a 997.2 GT3 RS in that area, as well as an E-Type Coupe, Viper, and SLS AMG Roadster.

I also forgot to mention, at the Rex Healthcare plaza at Cary Pwky and Lake Pine Dr, one of the doctors there has a Maserati GranCabrio. It's almost always parked in the doctor parking lot closest to Cary Pkwy, although one time it was in for service and a Quattroporte was sitting there instead.

A Orange Elise around crossroads. And a silver C7 Z06 at a harris teeter in cary. Also Have you seen the blue P1 around Cary yet, I am looking for it when im out there(I Live in apex, in the same neighborhood as my freind Acramernc who just started spotting and posted a 430 spider)

I'd post a link to everything I've seen in the area, but this would be a HUGE comment (waaaay bigger than it already is), so here are some of the area's I'd recommend checking. Check my profile for everything I've seen in Raleigh/Cary/Apex.

In Cary, I've seen some exotics at Whole Foods (a gray 997 911 GT3, silver Elise, red Evora, blue F355 Spyder, red F430, matte gray Gallardo Spyder Performante, silver Quattroporte, two black GranTurismos, a gray GT-R and a silver GT-R) and a couple other exotics at that some of the other stores in the Waverly Place plaza (a dark gray R8, a black Exige, a blue GranTurismo Sport, and the like), and across the street at Harris Teeter I've seen the same gray 997 911 GT3 and a blue DB9 Volante. I used to see a newer Continental GT W12 fairly often driving around on Kildaire Farm Rd between the Lochmere and Trader Joe's areas, but I haven't seen that one in months. I've also caught sight of a bright blue V8 Vantage driving on Kildaire Farm Rd past Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and La Farm Bakery on Cary Parkway. At the Lochmere Recreation Club where I play tennis, I sometimes see a dark red F430 Scuderia. The couple that owns it is there fairly often, and used to own an Aston Martin DBS, Audi R8, and Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, but sold all three of them and just got the Scud a couple months ago. One of the tennis instructors there has a red C7 Corvette w/ Z51 pkg and 7MT, but he trades in his cars very often and said he's considering either getting a 6MT Audi R8 or Ferrari F430 F1, if he can swing it. He's there like all the time, so if he gets either of those, you'd almost certainly see it a lot. Also, the Life Time Fitness in Regency Park (right near where US 1 and US 64 intersect) might be worth a check, considering a lot of the houses behind Regency Park are mansions.

In Raleigh, I'll occasionally see something on Wade Ave (white California, red 328, blacked out F430, black GranTurismo Sport, black i8, blue Karma, burgundy Karma, blue GT-R, gray V8 Vantage S) or at the Whole Foods/Ridgewood Shopping Center (blue Continental GTC, silver Tesla Roadster, tons of 911s). I rarely ever see anything in downtown, but I've seen a red GranTurismo at Glenwood Ave/Peace St, green E-Type at St. Mary's St/W Johnson St, gray Elise on Glenwood near Tobacco Road Sports Bar, white Bentley Continental GTC at Glenwood Ave/Tucker St, a silver R8 on Fayetteville St, and a yellow F355 Spyder on Fayetteville St, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when I'll see anything.

I'm not in Apex as often, but I think occasionally something will be in downtown on Salem St, or at Beaver Creek Plaza.

So, unfortunately, there aren't really any guaranteed areas in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area, but keep your eyes open and you camera/phone handy because you never know what you'll see.
