Other Kit Car spotted in Pasadena, California

Details on This Other Kit Car:

    I saw this in my friend's Active E BMW. I think its either a new Lykan. I have no clue if its real or a movie prop, after all it was in the Los Angeles Area. Also why was a potentially multimillion dollar car being pulled not in an enclosure. I can take it down or put it in other kit if you think so.
