    I wonder how did all the car spotters miss this? It's a very rare 1991 Lotus Elan convertible parked on Ocean Avenue. Only one I have ever seen but it's street legal. Sorry about the bad shot-my aunt was struggling to find a parking spot as it got crowded.

These are really rare as only 3855 were built between 1989 and 1992. Fantastic spot!
