Don't you remember the No.41 car from the Matchbox 1-75 series cars? It's a Siva S160 Spyder, produced by Siva Engineering in the UK during the 70's. The first one was built in 1971. It's an extremely rare vehicle, one of just twelve fully built cars produced, as you could buy just the body shell if you wanted. The car was originally engineered to be a GT car for Marcos with a rear mounted Hillman Imp engine. Instead they decided to build the car themselves on a Volkswagen Beetle Chassis, notice the Beetle exhaust sticking out the back.
