Other Unknown spotted in Dallas, Texas

    I have no idea what this is but it is car not a motorcycle because it had a steering wheel and motorcycles don't have that. There were some other car like things too. It was driven by Shawn Marion(Dallas Mavericks player). If this doesn't belong on the site, I'll take it down. Sorry the quality is not that good, I had about a second to take this.
