Hmmm....Monaco had a lot of nice stuff. Probably some F12s or a Diablo 6.0 was my best in Monaco. Price wise, I spotted a Mercedes 300 SL. Paris is no question, Pagani Zonda F without a doubt. I also saw an F12 and a TON of exotic vintage stuff.

This summer, on july 4th. I saw a ton, and I spotted about as many cars in Paris about a week or two later!
