In Argentina there's a law that says that you can send to the police pics of cars breaking the law and they ticket the guy but I think it's doing their job
In Orlando I was standing on a street corner and a man came up to me which freaked me out and was asking what I was doing. He said a week earlier he saw a Bugatti at a hotel down the street. FML.
I saw a DBS on the highway once and the DBS was going 125+ (he was absolutely flying) and my dad was in his Hummer and since his is the Alpha V8 it tops out at about 110 so we couldn't catch the DBS. I still took pictures but they were far away...
There have also been times where i've had to risk being shot to get pictures in cities. Take out my phone for a picture while driving (including on the third day i ever even had driving lessons and still wasn't very good at it let alone driving with a phone and taking a picture at the same time). I've had to stand in the middle of a lane in the street so the driver of the exotic cant go by untill i moved. I've had to wait outside all day for pictures with no food or water. I've had to wait hours in bar parking lots full of drunk people to meet car owners. I've had to jump out of moving cars for pictures when my parents wont stop for me. I've ran across bussy roads and a highway for pictures. i've stood on street corners for hours with people looking at me like i'm a drug dealer. I've forced people to speed for me to get pictures out of a car window.
When I went to Miami I saw a Lambo Murielago (possibly an SV) racing a FR 360 but I couldn't take a pic. because my mum was driving and she blocked the picture
@DjShift That's awesome! Commitment is good. I'm going spotting this weekend in the rich part of town because everytime I go I usually see a Maserati, Bentley, Lamborghini, Tesla, Viper, etc. Once I even saw a Viper streetracing a Gallardo infront of my school which is in that part of town. Me and my friend even saw an Aventador driving around in front of the Spyker dealer! It's so cool!
I don't like loosing cars so I chase them and thats it, they are not getting away from me. I'm lucky because I have never ran a red light and never lost a car
@superleggera, Thats what my parents and friends complain about too. When i'm determined to do something, i'm not going to stop untill i do and that's how i am with my photography.
