    Saw this 1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce (Third Generation) parked at the courthouse downtown before the Halloween parade. Surprisingly had Dubuque plates, yet I have never seen it before!

I've seen it before with the engine, but now it only goes 80 mph, and has a range of 30 miles.
