The "parking spot" to the Espada's left can't be used for anything anyways since there's a support pillar in its place, therefore the owner took up both spots to prevent a door ding or scratch/es in case some idiot decided to park right on top of him, which happens all the time because the majority of people are oblivious and don't care about other people's property.

Lucky for him, another enthusiast with a classic car is parked next to him.
