Yes, Dehalaye is really a great brand in th pre-war period. Haven't heard of Stoewer, but I checked in Wiki and it's a German brand, and Sedina is produced through 1937 to 1940.
Oh, didn't want to sound like I was offended. Truly, i saw Delahaye for the first time there in Paris. Earlier I didn't even heard about brand like this, so i founded this car as worth of being captured on a photo. It was good decision as i see ; ) By the way, have you ever heard about car called Stoewer Sedina?
lol me too, looked through wiki and some other sites but found no match. After all it's quite astonishing to spot these rare vintages such as Dehalaye, Packard, Delage or anything of this era.
Well, I don't mean any offense. I myself is certainly not an expert in vintage cars either, and I'm just quite eager to know what model and type it is.
I'm not really an expert at such old cars, but on the top of grill it has "Delahaye GFA" sign, which looks quite plausible to this car. That's why i've written it's Delahaye. If you'd like to I can send an front-view photo, but don't think it'd be helpful.
