Description Triumph 1959 TR3A, parking lot @ Potomac Village. Owner a French photographer, super nice guy, told me all about car, then took me for a..., uh, gave me a ride. Knuckles dragged on the pavement.
Thank you very, very much, Lamborarri. Wasn't sure that anyone noticed my comments, you're the first to say something. There are so many truly wonderful photos on ES, some ( more than I have time to comment about) knock me out, & I feel that it's my responsibility as part of this community to communicate as precisely as possible my appreciation of them. It's not that I'm trying to be nice, it's just that it takes a certain amount of (pleasurable) attention & small effort to comment on these photos so I focus on special, enjoyable photos. But 'nice' comments are good, thank you. I think it could be helpful to express the 'why' behind the nice. On another note, the 3rd car I ever bought was this car, only white, with steel wheels, sans leather bonnet straps. It was So Much Fun to drive. Again, thanks for noticing, that's a very kind remark.
Beautiful shot of this classic British masterpiece! Nice find as well! I like how you always post such nice comments on people's shots, we need members like that on ES! Keep up the good work!
