Mrcar is right the car above is a Simca 6 which is also similar to the Fiat 500 (Topolino). The difference between a 5 and 6 is that the 5 is similar to the very first topolino's (built between 1936 and 1948) and the Simca 6 is the same as the second model Topolino (built from 1949 till 1955) the main difference is at the front the first Topolino's front looked a bit like a mouse, Micky mouse (from there the name Topolino which is italian for Micky mouse).
The very first Simca's where actually Fiat's built under licence in France because France was protecting it's market to benefit the French car makers. So Fiat Startet to produce their car's, with some small difference's, in France under the name Simca to get an entrance at the French market.
