The car above is a Fiat 124 spider i think 1977 or 1978 (probably a 1800 or 2000cc) the large heavy bumpers where made specialy for the American market ,european models had smaller and much nicer chrome bumpers.The car was built between 1967 and 1981 as a Fiat and from 1981 till 1985 as a Pinninfarina spidereuropa or a spider azzura for the American market
