I'm sad to say, but I think this is a replica produced by TLC Carrossiers.

The replica (http://www.tlccar.com/TLC16.JPG) has some sort of small circular lights in between the large grill and the small grill. Also, on the hood of the replica, there is some sort of oval emblem. Both of these appear on the car saw.

The real Talbot Lago (http://www.carstyling.ru/resources/classic/1938_Talbot-Lago_T150C-SS_Teardrop_Coupe_Figoni_et_Falaschi_05.jpg) has neither of those features.
