It's a 1950 (+/-) Buick 4 door Sedanette. Can't see the holes/ports on the side of the hood so can't tell exactly what model it is. Three holes would make it a Special, most likely. The Special was the least expensive, therefore the most common. By the mid-50's Buick's more expensive models were a Century, a Super, and a Roadmaster, all with 4 ports. Don't know if they offered all four in 1950.
