You said it was closed off to the public, and it's a track. Therefore it is not legitimate. If you are wondering where I got this information, it was from the other picture

good god damn.. he stated it was a Go Kart track.. that is not a f**king go kart.. maybe he was just driving there to park his car and go race f**king go karts.. nothing wrong with that..
and don't start with the language thingy.. I am just really annoyed that everytime someone posts an image someone yells "Rules, Rules"..
