Description Amazing Carrera GT in Watkins Glen a while back, my first CGT. This is an amazing car. The owner is from Ontario. I have not seen this car there since, and i doubt I will. I saw this the same day as my first SLR and my first GT40. These were the first cars that really got me into spotting. I had just turned 6 and i wanted to see more cars like this. After seeing these amazing machines, I really fell in love with cars.
Yep i am. It doesnt really count im my book cause i wasnt near it, didnt really see alot of it and got no pics, but i see what ur saying. So i guess it is my first. Lol. It was baby blue right?
Are you talking about the Amphicar? And if you are and you did see the back, you technically did see it haha! So it is, not would have been, your first.
SH*TTTTTTTTTTTTTTT IT WAS THERE AND I SAW THE BACK BUT I FORGOT ABOUT IT AND IT LEFT BEFORE I SAW IT AHHHHHHHH THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Funny story about the Mera, its not a real Mera. The Mera was a FACTORY produced 308 replica, but this guy laid the fiberglass himself and built this on a 1986 GT frame. He then put Mera badges on it.
And yeah I saw the GTR and GT3. Did you see the Amphicar? Those are really rare.
Cool. Did you see the Fiero Mera? That is an amazing car. It looks so much like a 328. If i bought a fiero it would be that one. Every detail is specifically made to look like a ferrari. It even sounds great!
You saw the GT3 and GTR then?
Yeah thats it, and its in great condition minus the paint. I'm going to spray it with plasti dip because its only like $300 compared to a $1500 paint job.
@Davis313- ya i did take this picture. Thanks, i only found this picture yesterday and i was suprised to see how well it had come out.
@SoontoBe- yep ontario canada. Look at the picture of the back of the car, the plate is there.
@zach- its not the same car. This one is registered in ontario and the one you posted in the link is registered in New Jersey. My cousin saw this when he was at the vintage gran prix a few years ago. And have you seen the red or black one?
