Sorry, no. BMW is designing and building German cars, and then attaching a Rolls-Royce grille shell to the front of them. And not a very good facsimile of a Rolls-Royce grille at that! Is everyone out there aware of the fact that Rolls-Royce grille shells were made of stainless steel, entirely by hand, each one by one man, who stamped his initials inside of each when he finished. BMW now makes them out of aluminum, stamped out by a machine.
