    I was surprised to see no licence plates on this beautiful Rolls Royce Phantom VI, I knew that only the Queen didn't have to have any on her cars. I've asked the chauffeur if it was the Queen's car, and he confirmed me that it was, but she wasn't there.. Spotted this Royal State Car in Pimlico

@lukaku145 No idea. Perhaps the inactivity was too unbearable for a while. It was pretty bad about 3 months ago. It's gotten a little better though this past month, I must say.
